Terms of Service – Digital Products

These Terms govern the sale and delivery of digital goods (codes/licenses) offered by glamocani-laktasi (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms. As official STZPlayer reseller, we provide authentic gift codes from stzplayer.com.

1) Nature of Products

All items are delivered digitally (e.g., activation codes/gift codes for STZPlayer). No physical shipment occurs. Codes activate STZPlayer app – the best 4K media player for IPTV, movies, shows on Android TV, Fire TV, Smart TVs.

2) Ordering & Delivery

• Upon successful payment, the gift code is delivered automatically on-screen, to your account area, and/or via email.
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/promotions folders.
• Delivery is deemed completed when our system logs mark the code as issued or accessed.

3) Refunds & Replacements

• Because digital codes are delivered immediately and can be used instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once a code is issued.
• If a code is invalid or cannot be redeemed due to our fault, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement. We may request reasonable evidence (e.g., screenshots of the redemption error).
• We do not refund for user error, loss of code, incompatibility with your device/service, or violations of third-party terms (STZPlayer ToS).

4) Proof of Delivery

We maintain delivery logs (timestamps, payment email, transaction ID, IP/technical metadata). These records serve as proof that a digital product was delivered.

5) Customer Responsibilities

6) Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

• We reserve the right to block future purchases from accounts/emails/IPs associated with disputes or chargebacks deemed abusive.

7) Availability & Errors

8) Limitation of Liability
